About

The right choice. Every time.
My name is Sara Dell’Oca. I began my professional career in law firms and practised as a civil lawyer for over fifteen years, representing companies and self-employed professionals and assisting them primarily in matters relating to contracts, contractual and non-contractual liability, employment law and professional liability. During this period, I carried out both out-of-court advisory work and in-court representation and assistance in litigation before the Court and the Court of Appeal. The added value I believe I have provided has been to guide clients in the most pragmatic way possible, placing the greatest emphasis on strategic and preventative advice to avoid unnecessary litigation.

I enjoy developing and improving myself

From legal advisory to corporate strategy

Following my time in private practice, I became an in-house lawyer at a multinational company, where I served as Head of Legal and Compliance for over five years, supporting the CEO and senior management whilst also reporting to the parent company.

I dealt extensively with the regulations set out in Legislative Decree 231/01 and served as an internal member of the Supervisory Body. I also held the sensitive role of Corporate Secretary.

As Head of Compliance, I aimed to create a corporate culture in which prevention is a key concept, spreading the message that the Legal and Compliance Department can and must be consulted from the outset as an integral part of corporate strategy.

I enjoy a challenge

Turning my experience into a personal project
I have always believed in putting myself to the test and stepping out of my comfort zone, and I have demonstrated this through my career choices. After more than twenty years in various contexts, I therefore decided to put all my experience and skills to good use – adapting and applying them to the areas I am most passionate about – in creating my own consultancy brand, Michelle Consulting, which represents the perfect synthesis of the elements of my professional journey to date.

I love animals

I am accompanied on this journey by the Chief Happiness Officer: Michelle!

Since my daily life has been enriched by the presence of Michelle, my standard poodle, there have been changes in terms of perspective, outlook and positive benefits. For this reason, with my skills and experience I want to contribute to a ‘pet-friendly society’.

A logo that tells the vision

Protection, competence and pet-friendly culture in one icon

The logo originates from the union of two identity symbols: the shield, an expression of protection, reliability, and legal solidity, and the stylized figure of a dog integrated within it, recognizable by its soft ear, an essential reference to the canine world.
The synthesis of these elements perfectly represents the vision of the project: to offer specialized consultancy through a contemporary, authoritative approach oriented towards the promotion of an increasingly pet-friendly culture.
